Getting ready for our trip to WDW in the next few days & the wife, ever concerned about my dietary issues, came across your site.

We couldnt agree more about the splendid care Disney gives their guest with food issues.

Ok, this is a GREAT new for all of us with celiac disease. My mother works for walt disney resorts, she decided today to stop at Down town Disney to eat something… she went to this place called pollo Campeon and guess what? Their have a GLUTEN FREE BAKERY, and not only that…also a gluten free salad bar, with different options, she was so happy for me, she knew I was waiting for this, ohh, the bakery is all gluten free, not cross contamination. I Hope every celiac here in Orlando can read this.

Epcot’s American resturant(acroos from big stage) offers gluten free buns for their hamburgers, they even had gluten free cookies and brownies. they were excellent.

i am into Gluten-Free diet because i am allergic to gluten. when baking bread, i always use Guar Gum or Xanthan Gum

Check out Liberty Bakery in Oviedo also (about 20 minutes north of Orlando). They have great gluten free brownies, cookies, bread, etc.
